Where is Anamur?

Anamur lies in the south of Mersin province on the Mediterranean coast, strategically between Antalya and Adana. It is about 230 km to Mersin city centre and around one hour from Gazipaşa-Alanya Airport.

With a population of roughly 65,000, the district has a growing real estate market that increasingly attracts both domestic and foreign investors.

Climate and nature

Anamur has a classic Mediterranean climate: hot, dry summers and mild, rainy winters. The sun shines on more than 300 days a year — making it livable year-round.

The district is known as Turkey's banana-growing capital. Banana plantations and citrus groves run down to the sea; this green backdrop is a valuable plus for residential projects.

Beaches and lifestyle

Anamur's long sandy beaches and clean sea are ideal for swimming and water sports. The ancient city of Anemurium and Mamure Castle give the region cultural depth.

Anamur is reached via two airports: Gazipaşa-Alanya (Antalya) in about an hour and Çukurova International Airport in a few hours. Sizin City offers guests a shuttle transfer from the airport to the project.

Car-ferry services between Anamur and Gazimağusa (Northern Cyprus) also make access from the island easy.

Real estate and investment

Property prices in Anamur remain noticeably lower than on the Alanya or Antalya coast — offering upside potential for early investors.
